How to Prepare Sea Cucumber for Cooking | 学会泡发海参的几个技巧，随时可以做大菜

1. Clean dried sea cucumber with clean water, and soak in a pot or container with a cover. This can be done in the fridge or at room temperature.
2. Cut this Tentacle from one end. Cut open the sea cucumber stomach, remove any internal organ and debris from the cavity,
3. There are some tenders here inside of the stomach, give it a few cuts to soak better, or remove them completely.
4. Clean them well.
5. Put sea cucumber, ginger, scallion with drinking water in a pot, turn to boil, then cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes, turn off heat until the pot is completely cooled down.
6. Leave it soak inside the pot, refrigerate overnight.

7. Change the water and clean the sea cucumber gently, and repeat this 4 to 5 times depending on size of your sea cucumbers.
8. Once sea cucumbers are ready, drain them well, cook right away or put them in Ziploc bags to store in the freezer.
