I’ve been running with a Stryd footpad for almost two years now, using it every day to get power data for all of my runs. Today, Stryd announced a subscription service (pricing TBD in mid-2021) that can take all the data that it has learned about you as a runner to create a custom training plan, tailored to your race, your training schedule, and most importantly, your critical power.

Disclosures: the stryd footpad was purchased with my own money. No one sent it to me or is paying me to make this video. I did receive early access to the stryd subscription features, but this is currently a free product. No one will have a chance to preview my footage or thoughts, except as explicitly covered in this video.
