Yoga is for everyone, everywhere! It doesn't have to be confined to a mat, or 'normal' props. So today I show you a few ways you can use a non-traditional yoga prop (like a lifejacket) to aid your practice :)

1. As a bolster to hep tilt your pelvis forward
2. To pad your knees
3. In lieu of a yoga strap
4. Spine support in supine positions
5. As a balance pad
