3 Grams Digital Scales App is a free to download mobile app which allows users to estimate the weight of object using just their phone and a basic calibration with a known weight

However it has been unfairly suspended by #googleplay

It had over hundreds of positive 4-5 star user reviews. So how can they claim that the app is not functional or doesn't work? The app is made for the general public so if the end users are able to use the app then surely it is functional, right?

How can they dismiss video proofs where I show the app working and how accurate it can be?

I have tried to share with them all the real video demonstrations and all the supporting evidence to support my appeal however we are still awaiting their decision to reinstate the app.

Maybe it was a human error or an error by their automated systems because I can not see any other explanation.
