INGREDIENTS:
COCONUT OIL - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
Cloves - 4 nos
Star annise - 1
Cardamom - 2 nos
Big onion - 1 cup
Green chillies - 8 nos(according to your spicy)
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Beans - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - few pieces
Beans - 1/2 cup
potato - 1/2 cup
Thin coconut milk- one & half cup
Thick coconut milk-1 cup
Required salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
