stir fried pork with cabbage

simple recipe perfect for those living in dorms or boarding house.


ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil (disclaimer: i've used sesame oil coz i ran out of regular cooking oil)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 medium onion (diced)
1/4 kg pork belly cut into small strips (i took the skin off)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar just to get rid of the gamey flavor of the meat (can use lemon or calamansi juice)
1 tsp chili garlic oil (optional)
1/4 cup (approx) water just enough to cook the meat
200 g cabbage cut it according to preference
