How well has this 2014 Tesla Model S aged over 95,000 miles?

In the UK, these early models from 2014 can now be cheaper than other long range EVs such as the Hyundai Kona or Kia eNiro, so should you consider an old high mileage Tesla or a newer EV that is still under warranty?
