Annually, all manner of classic lorries and other old commercial vehicles take to the road in The Cheshire Run. Examples of Foden, ERF, Bedford, Leyland, AEC, Volvo, Scania and many others usually turn up, and no two years' entries in The Cheshire Run are the same.
In this video, I wind the clock back to 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007 and feature some of the old trucks that took part in these years. Some of the classic lorries shown still take part to this day, others have since changed hands and quite probably now live in other parts of the country. A small number have changed owner and livery, and it's interesting to compare how the vehicles looked 15+ years ago, to how they do now (same perhaps for the lorries' owners too??). The half-way stop is just over the border in Shropshire, at the Midway Truckstop, Prees Heath, which is where my photos were taken.
