📝 Detailed Breakdown:
For the demonstration today, we are using Hooptech’s Gen2 Cap Frame and a classic style unstructured dad hat. To set up the Gen2 Frame, we use the 3.0oz tearaway stabilizer and tuck it into the tabs built into the cap frame to hold it in place. Once that is prepared, we simply add the hat by removing the inside cardboard piece and pull the sweat band out. Once it is in place, we tuck the back of the hat into the leverage arm to pull the front fabric down tight. After all that is done and ready, simply pull close the top piece and lock it into place. The whole cap frame and hat can be removed then put onto the machine for embroidery just as you would with the standard cap frame.

After it is done embroidering, simply remove the hat from the frame and then remove the stabilizer from the hat. If you’d like, you can also replace the cardboard insert so the hat is like new and ready for your customer!
