A lie only possesses the power that we give it. It can’t overcome the truth on its own. The truth is strong, but sometimes our lies and our fears can feel stronger.

I tried for so long to shove down the grief, the fear, and the hurt I was still feeling after Jack passed. I convinced myself that I was fine, that I was over it all. But that was a lie.

I let that lie win for so long- I tried to convince myself that I was whole. But I realize now that it doesn’t work like that. You can’t make the brokenness disappear, but you can heal. You can come out stronger. I am stronger.

I am not the same person that I was. But to the lies that kept me from living and the fear that kept me from loving, I just have one thing to say:

Look at me now.

Elizabeth has had a long journey. There have been many highs and many lows, but that’s the way life is. I am glad to see that she has finally started to figure out who she is and what she truly wants. I can’t wait to see her journey continue in Season 12. 💕 Thanks for watching, everyone! ❤️
