Zeus vs Colnago - late `70`s super bikes go head to head!

Zeus 2000 and the Colnago Super - the Colnago was the king of steel framed vintage bikes and still sets the benchmark for what a truly brilliant steel framed bike should be - The Zeus 2000 was built to be a better frame than the Colnago and a better groupset that Campagnolo - a tall ask..
So we did the right thing and put the two head to head and see how they ride when you go from one to the other!
The Colnago we have met before and its just a great bike to ride - the Zeus 2000 we re-built over winter and now we get to ride it an see what all the fuss was about - but was it any better?
First surprise was there is hardly any difference in weight despite the use of Titanium and drillium on the Zeus, though the wheels and cassette are heavier on the Zeus.
How did they ride - to be honest, almost nothing in it - I preffered the pedals and shifters on the Zeus but brakes were better on the Colnago - the Colnago was easier to ride at low speed but the Zeus came alive when you pushed on.
