curry powder 2 tsp ( if you don't like don't use )
turmeric powder 1/2tsp ( if you don't like don't use )
onion 75g
cinnamon stick 1g
whole cardamom 6
whole clove 3
green chili 15g
garcinia pcs 1 ( if you don't like don't use )
salt to taste
garlic 15g
ginger 10g
pandan leaves 3g ( if you don't like don't use )
lemongrass 10g ( if you don't like don't use )
oil 3 tbsp
rosemary dry 1g / curry leaves
