Learn how to pack a cardboard box for shipping by post or courier. Let our logistics experts show you how to properly pack several items into a cardboard shipping box without causing damage to one another during transport.


A step-by-step guide on how to pack cardboard box for shipping:

1. Prepare a corrugated cardboard box, the cushioning materials and the items.
2. Put crumpled paper, packing peanuts, bubble wrap or other cushioning materials on the bottom of the box.
3. Place your items on top of the cushioning materials. Pack heavier items first.
4. Fill empty spaces with more cushioning materials so that items will not move inside the box.
5. Close and seal all corners and edges of the box with at least 3 layers of adhesive tape.
6. If you use an old box, remove all old shipping labels.
7. Print the delivery address and stick it on one side. Leave space on the other side of the box for the courier to attach his label.
