So the news starts with a positive note and I quote, "India's Home Affairs Minister, Amit Shah, has vowed to remove illegal migrants from the state of West Bengal through a government scheme that was used recently in the north-eastern state of Assam." But after these very lines, they go back to their old rhetoric where they say that the NRC will exaggerate the widespread fear in Assam.
