An English sparkling wine tasting in two halves - I made a slightly gung ho purchase of a wine which was, in theory, already chilled, and didn't bother to bring the usual ice jacket along. So I think it was probably too warm for the initial tasting out in the woods and appeared to be a bit rustic.

Later on I took it back home, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours and it was a completely different wine.
