Pearl MLX Maple Drum Kit OVERSIZED Predecessor to the Master Series

This popped up on my feed for Facebook Marketplace; I'm always looking for beginners kits since I get asked all the time, so I figured I'd pick up this for the accessories and find some student to get the kit. I HAD NO IDEA that his was one of the nicest kits I would run into. Beautiful lacquered shells inside AND out, incredibly heavy duty hardware (except for the lugs) and a great sound in 24, 14,15,18 inch sizes. I fully expect I can get the price I paid for this kit just out of the 18" floor tom. It does have a lug fully broken and two fasteners broken out of a second lug, so I'll be looking for those, and does have a tightener missing out of one of the spurs. I have someone interested but if they don't buy it watch Reverb and eBay.... By the way, two of the four batter heads are original. All the resonant heads are original. I can't imagine what this will sound like with new pinstripes or CS heads and clear Ambassador resonant heads....
