Ellie Goulding has been honoured for her commitment to environmentally friendly fashion.

The 32-year-old British pop star lives as a vegan and has been a long-time advocate for wearing clothing and accessories which promote sustainability.

Ellie attended Fashion 4 Development's First Ladies Luncheon at The Pierre Hotel in New York City and was presented with the Eco Award for her actions, a prize she was thrilled to receive.

Ellie stepped out on the special green carpet at the event in a black dress designed by Edeline Lee matched with a chunky belt and black pumps from Stella McCartney, who is also committed to sustainable fashion.
