Oreo Float
Ingredients
3 pack(137g) Oreo Cookies
2 pack (250ml) All-purpose cream, chilled overnight
1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk

Procedure
1. Put oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and crushed using a rolling pin.
2. In a bowl beat chilled all-purpose cream over high speed until it doubled in volume. Add condensed milk and beat again until the condensed milk is well blended into the cream. Put cream in a piping bag and cut the tip.
3. Using a disposable clear plastic cups put 3 tbsp of crushed oreo at the bottom of the cup. Pipe cream on top of crushed oreo. Repeat process until you reach the top of the cup. Before putting toppings on top chill float for at least 1 hour in the ref to prevent toppings from sinking. Once it chilled put chopped oreo on top and sprinkle some crushed oreo. Cover and chill in the ref for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Yields: 4-5 pcs
