Their mission: survive and adapt in an unforgiving environment with minimal resources. The bunker, cold and metallic, offered only two outhouses for the entire group, a constant source of tension and discomfort. Meals consisted of uncooked mushbars—barely edible, but just enough to keep them moving. Oxygen was scarce, every breath a gamble, and the threat of suffocation hung heavy in the recycled air.

Worse still, the polluted oxygen seeped through the walls, carrying with it the ever-present danger of slimelung. Coughs echoed through the bunker as illness spread, weakening the duplicants even as they fought to build, dig, and survive. Each day became a test of willpower, as they battled hunger, sickness, and the claustrophobic weight of isolation. This wasn’t just survival—it was a relentless experiment to see how long they could endure before breaking.
