Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Vedic Academy.

In the last video, we had started the chapter on Structure of the Cells in which we discussed the Cell Membrane and Cell wall along with the process of Osmosis and diffusion.

In this chapter, we shall continue with the chapter on Cell structure and will continue the other important Cell organelles.

Every cell has a membrane around it to keep its own contents separate from the external environment An organelle is a “membrane-bound structure” found within a cell
The organelles are useful because they allow the separation of various functions that are performed by the cell.

In this Chapter we will study the following Organelles:

1. Nucleus
2. Cytoplasm
3. Endoplasmic Reticulum
4. Mitochondria
5. Ribosomes
6. Lysosomes
7. Plastids
8. Golgi Bodies
9. Vacuoles
10. Centrosomes
