Описание к видео The 5 Stages of Grief | Itır Beğen | TEDxYouth@FMVErenköyIşık

This speech explores the experience of grief following the unexpected death of Itır’s father, interwoven with the joy of welcoming her newborn son. Itır utilizes Elisabeth Kubler-Ross's five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance) to illustrate her emotional journey. She describes the surreal denial, the frustration and anger, the desperate bargaining for a chance to reunite her son and father, the crushing depression, and the eventual acceptance found through therapy, support systems, and the love for her child. The speech concludes with an emphasis on cherishing loved ones, seeking help during grief, and finding solace in shared experiences.
