Israeli forces battle Hamas terrorist ambush squad in Gaza streets and target tunnel network. IDF ground troops battled Hamas in Khan Younis, the largest city in southern Gaza after expanding their war across the entire strip. Israeli soldiers fought fierce gun battles in the destroyed city streets alongside Namer armoured vehicles and Merkava tanks. Hamas fighters used their tunnel network to ambush the Israelis and hidden mortar positions to fire back against the tanks. In another video Israel soldiers revealed what they say is an explosive device that was placed inside a school.
