Chaos in Tokyo, Japan: Massive Flooding in Yokkaichi Leaves Cars Underwater.

Japan is facing a natural disaster: Yokkaichi (Mie Prefecture) was devastated by record-breaking heavy rain (~123 mm/hour), flooding the Kusunoki underground car park in front of Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station, shopping malls in Suwa Sakaemachi, and restaurants. Evacuations were issued to thousands of residents in the town of Inabe, inundation extended to streets, even busy areas & train stations. Cars were submerged.
