Unifi Protect UNVR - Flashing light of Death Fix

My Unifi Protect UNVR Failed, being an early model it has the USB pen inside to run the system and it died, so time to replace it with a new USB pen and get it back up and running

Before anyone comments on the Hard disks - this is my own unit that gets poke, messed with, nuked and rebuilt alot, when we supply them they are full of WD Purples but you can use any SATA disk in these should you want
