Ravi promises his father when he was on his deathbed that he would help Chaurangilal and his family whenever they are in need. जब रवि अपने पिता की मृत्यु शय्या पर थे तो उन्होंने उनसे वादा किया कि जब भी उन्हें जरूरत होगी वह चौरंगीलाल और उनके परिवार की मदद करेंगे। रवि अपना वादा निभाने का प्रयास करता है, लेकिन चौरंगीलाल खर्चीला है और रवि की संपत्ति हड़पने की योजना बनाता है। दूसरी ओर, रवि चौरंगीलाल और उनके परिवार को अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ देने में विश्वास रखता है। चौरंगीलाल ने पहले से ही एक योजना तय कर ली है कि कैसे रवि को पूरी तरह से दिवालिया बनाया जाए और उसकी संपत्ति छीन ली जाए। क्या चौरंगीलाल योजना पूरी करेगा?
