PEPPERMINT MOCHA RECIPE:
1/2 cup of instant coffee:
1/2 cup of pure cacao powder:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp pure peppermint extract

add 2 tbs mix into a cup and add 1 cup of hot water or milk. Stir and serve with a candy cane!

VANILLA CHESTNUT LATTE RECIPE:

Pull hot espresso shots onto puree and mix.
Top with steamed milk of your choice.

SPARKLING EGGNOG COLD BREW:

How I make my cold brew:
To a French press add:
1/2 cup of coarsely ground espresso beans
several dashes of ground nutmeg
Fill French press to the top with cold water and stir with wooden spoon and set to brew in the fridge over night. Or if you’re short on time, you can brew with hot water and let cool before making this drink.

Press the filter down on the brewed coffee to strain coffee grounds.

To assemble the drink,
Add 1 cup of cold brew to a large mug and add 1/2 cup of sparkling water.
Top with 1/2 cup of eggnog. Stir, add a dash of nutmeg for garnish.
