China has 56 ethnic minorities and 18 of them live in Guizhou Province, Southwest China. This was year 2010 when I passed one of the poorest counties in Guizhou. Because of very poor transportation, its traditional culture and habits were well preserved. Amazing lifestyle with a long history and different cultural backgrounds as a complex and pluralistic multicultural province. The special customs and behaviour patterns of more than a decade ago can be glimpsed from their New Year's celebration social activities captured in this video. The rich and colorful ethnic cultures make China so dazzling that people fail to catch sight of it. And each culture was preserved quite intact.
