Chief Justice B.R. Gavai administered the oath to Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Vipul Manubhai Pancholi, restoring the court to its full strength of 34 judges.

Justice B.V. Nagarathna, however, registered a rare dissent on Justice Pancholi’s elevation, citing concerns over seniority, regional balance, and transparency.
