Your load tester contains an identical terminal block for 4 wire test measurement if you bought an Atorch model like the DL24 series. The older design with the purple fan, I believe made by MakerHawk, only has 2 terminals and is not compatible with a 4 wire test setup. You can simply just put both positive on the positive terminal and both negative on the negative terminal
