Fixing Travel Buddy Engine Off Cooking

The Travel Buddy is an awesome oven for those who want to cook on the road BUT it was only designed to be used while the vehicle's engine is on and the voltage is higher than the usual 12 volt range.

While it is possible to use a generator and a battery charger to bring the voltage up to the required level, a better solution is a step-up converter.
