The best grilled chicken!

4-5lbs chicken

1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbs lime juice or lemon
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut
1Tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs Worcester sauce
3 minced garlic cloves
Big pinch salt and pepper!

Marinade for at least 30 minutes to a couple hours

Grill, air fry or pan sear

If air fry I always recommend 390° for 12-15 minutes!

For the salsa or topping

1/2 red onion
1 jalapeño
1 red bell pepper
3 mangos
Handful of cilantro
2 limes
Hefty pinch of salt
(This is topped after the base meal is heated up)
