The film stars Cristiana Dell’Anna (Gomorrah, Trust), John Lithgow (Third Rock from the Sun, FOOTLOOSE, The Old Man), David Morse (THE GREEN MILE, THE ROCK, St. Elsewhere), Giancarol Giannini (QUANTUM OF SOLACE, CASINO ROYALE), and Federico Castelluccio (The Sopranos, EL CANTANTE).

Plot: A biopic about Francesca Cabrini, played by Naples-born actress Cristiana Dell'Anna. Cabrini, an Italian immigrant, was the first US citizen to be canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. She confronted racism and sexism to found a mission in NY to take in orphans, a free school and a nursery within the first five years. By her death in 1909, she had founded the Columbus Hospital and 67 other missionary institutions to serve the sick and the poor in cities across the US, Latin America and Europe.

Cabrini opens in ths US nationwide to 2500+ cinemas on Women's Day, March 8th, 2024.
