righteous fire inquisitor 3.24 t17 anarchy

hi guys, first time rf, only on inquis because archmage was bait and i dont want to relevel.
t17 with RF, our only concern is lack of dps, or actually maybe with a defiance of destiny you get higher uptime because you can stand still, but who wants to buy an amulet just to swap to it during specific content right???

there are plenty of ways to get phys conv on inquis, but all at a cost of dmg, which doesnt make RF very fun, anyway, this is my conclusion to how i wanna play it.
my final goal is to gather enough jewels in my adorned setup to remove charima annoint.
