This video takes a quick look at an eight day trip, of which six days were spent in the mountains of Albania. Most days our guesthouse would serve breakfast, provide lunch, and we would start a fairly steep hike through open beech forest of outstanding beauty. The forest would give way to alpine pasture: lots of flowers, and occasional sheep flocks, tended by shepherds. We would have lunch on a high saddle, with lots of fresh air and wonderful views. We would then descend, eventually arriving at a new guesthouse. The cost of the trip included accommodation, food and transport.
