ABOUT OUR WOURKOUT ROUTINE:
We work out on Happy Songs and perform different type of bodyweight exercises on the beat of the music.
GO SHAPO is not a dance class and also NOT ZUMBA.. it’s just GO SHAPO!
GO SHAPO is an unique 1 hour High Intensity Interval Cardio Workout Program with 14 exercise songs.
We always start easy with a warming up and stretching and during the workout our intensity goes up and down like an Interval Training.
We end up with Ground Exercises and after that we relax and stretch our muscles again.

GO SHAPO WORKOUT RELEASE
We work with a fixed UNIFORM PROGRAM in all our classes, called the GO SHAPO WORKOUT RELEASE.
We bring out 3 releases each year, every 4 months a new one.
We exercise on a new release for 7 weeks. After this period we enjoy our older releases again until the new Release is launched again.
