Cervicitis is an inflammation of the cervix, the lower, narrow end of the uterus that opens into the vagina.

Causes:
1. Infection
2. Tampon allergy
3. Condom allergy

Symptoms:
1. Back ache
2. Low abdominal pain
3. Bleeding between periods
4. Fatigue
5. Spotting during intercourse

Tips to follow Ayurvedic Treatment:
1. While taking Ayurvedic medicine don’t have sexual intercourse
2. Take proper treatment from a Ayurveda gynecologist
3. Avoid sour food and all the hot , spicy fried foods

Ayurvedic Treatment:
1. Take Triphala Guggulu 2 tablets 3 times a day 30 mins after your meal
2. Take Kishore Guggulu 2 tablets 3 times a day 30 mins after your meal
3. Pusyanug churn 1 teaspoon 60 min after breakfast and dinner

Therapy:
Yoni pichu - Take a cotton ball and dip it in jatyadi oil for 10 mins. Now put this cotton ball in your vagina for 30 mins. Use every alternate day for 2 months, it will help your cervicitis.
