Paleoman52 at the Wenatchee Clovis Site

Описание к видео Paleoman52 at the Wenatchee Clovis Site

Back in Late October of 1990 I was invited by the Buffalo Museum of Science to fly out to the Wenatchee Clovis site that was being excavated by Buffalo Museum Personnel. My job was to sit in the apple house that was in the orchard where the cache was discovered and give flintknapping talks and demonstrations to the tour groups that came through the site all day for about 8 - 10 days. This video shows the casts of the largest 3 Agate points, a bone rod, and some soil from the site. I also show a cast of the Rutz Clovis point that was found nearby on Badger Mountain. These points were featured in the 1988 October edition of National Geographic Magazine.
