The RTS mod, play the EMS crew of the area and respond to medical emergencies and traumas related incidents.

In real life I'm a firefighter and EMT basic (US) so my knowledge of drugs and their affects is limited. So off screen I have a second screen with a google doc opened that shows me, so sometimes I have to take a second to look. Unfortunately couldn't save more people from going into cardiac arrest but that's about how it goes most the time. Maybe better luck next time : (
