1. Please do the MCQs and Flashcards everyday for 30 minutes at-least. You can also create your own flashcards for certain topics you seem to keep forgetting.

2.⁠ ⁠While studying, please follow this technique - Active Recall and Reflection - Close your notes and try to remember the key points by answering questions or writing them down from memory. Reflection: After recalling, quickly think about what you understood well, what you missed, and how you can improve next time.

3.⁠ ⁠While doing MCQs, please follow this technique - Consistent Deliberate Practice - Practising regularly with clear focus on improving weak areas, not just doing more questions. Do MCQs daily, analyse every mistake, note the concept behind it, and revise those weak areas again the next day.

Remember : When you learn a new concept, your brain builds new pathways, which feels hard at first. With repeated practice and revision, these pathways strengthen, so recall becomes faster and easier. You just have to be consistent with your studying, it will get easier.
