Cryo is most effective at breaking Electro Fatui shield so I used Ganyu's wide burst to break and cause freeze to keep them in place. To break the Cryo Gunner simply make sure the Pyro Gunner is close for Kazuha to CC and Pyro swirl.

Furina and Neuvillette for freeze, buff and fast damage.
