α-PCYP is a stimulant drug of the cathinone class that has been sold online as a designer drug. In a series of alpha-substituted pyrrolidinyl cathinone derivatives developed in 2015, the alpha-cyclopentyl derivative was found to have around the same potency in vitro as an inhibitor of the dopamine transporter as the alpha-propyl derivative α-PVP, while the alpha-cyclohexyl derivative α-PCYP was around twice as strong.

Etizolam is a somewhat uncommon benzodiazepine-like anxiolytic used as a sleep aid and for the treatment of anxiety disorders. It has been seen in circulation on blotter for recreational use.

Cannabis, a fast-growing bushy annual with dense sticky flowers, produces psychoactive cannabinoid chemicals such as THC and CBD. It is the most widely used (still mostly) illegal psychoactive and has a long history of medicinal, recreational, and industrial use. The fibrous stalks of the plant are used to produce clothing and rope. It's legal status is rapidly changing in the US and around the world from top contraband to tolerated mind-alterant along side alcohol and caffeine.

Flualprazolam is a tranquilizer of the triazolobenzodiazepine class, which are benzodiazepines fused with a triazole ring. It was first synthesised in 1976, but was never marketed. It has subsequently been sold as a designer drug, first being definitively identified in Sweden in 2018.

Diphenhydramine (DPH) is an antihistamine with anticholinergic and sedative effects. It is found in both OTC and prescription drugs used in the treatment of allergy-related symptoms, some cold and flu symptoms, insomnia, motion sickness and Parkinson's disease.
