Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Pressure cook for 8 whistles.

Ingredients for Grinding
Coconut
Green chilies – 5
Fennel seeds – ½ tbsp
Poppy seeds (Kasa Kasa) – 1 ½ tbsp
Blend everything into a smooth paste.

Ingredients for the Curry
Oil
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon sticks – 2
Cardamom – 2
1 large onion, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder (as needed)
Water
Salt (to taste)
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
