From Seminary to Prison to Priesthood || Fr. Gregoire Van Giang MEP || Vocare

In this episode of Vocare features the story of Rev. Fr. Gregoire Van Giang, who waited 26 years as a seminarian before his ordination to the priesthood. During the Vietnam war, although the seminary shut down, he continued to serve the Church underground by printing books and serving the parish. The seminarians were later arrested by the communist government of Vietnam and put under horrible and torturous prison conditions for three years. The dark nights of prison life made Fr.
