Zeiss 55mm 1.8 - Long term review: portraits and comparisons

Hello Youtube! The Zeiss 55mm 1.8 for Sony E-Mount is a fantastic prime lens best suited for bokeh filled portraits, but how much bokeh is too much? In this video I avoid comparisons with the Sony 50mm 1.8 and attempt to compare the Zeiss to the Canon 50mm 1.8 - plastic fantastic - Nifty Fifty - but soon abandon that premise and segue into rants on Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead and its terrible bokeh-OD cinematography. I've been told I'm very opinionated, but I'm just trying to say what others are thinking, which is: yes, you can have too much bokeh.

This is the first video of 2024, and I hope to do more in 2024. My next video will be about the Sigma 24-70mm, 2.8, another lens I've had for a while, but haven't made a video about.
