What the evening will be all about: A cool cat evening of creativity and celebration of the human spirit.

A variety of comedy, live art creation, face-painting and music.

Brought to you by Sound Therapy Radio on CJSF 90.1 FM, Spirit Bear Coffee and produced by The Canadian Sound Therapy Arts Society.

Doors Open 8:00pm Show starts at 8:30pm until 11:55 pm.

About the Canadian Sound Therapy Arts Society:

C.S.T.A.S. is a non-profit society devoted to the use of arts to create dialogue and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and disability culture in Canada.

We see the arts as being a very useful therapeutic tool for people who struggle with emotional or psychological difficulties.

We believe we can best do this by establishing safe, creative spaces where people are free to pursue their artistic expression and faculties.
