Isle of Wight Coastal Path Part 1

When I was a teenager I used to camp on the Isle of Wight each year with the Boys Brigade near White Cliff Bay. I have many great memories of these camps and have often thought of re visiting the island.
The Isle of Wight coastal path is between 68 and 70 miles around the circumference of the island hugging the the coast line as much as possible.
Unfortunately over the past few years there has been a lot of cliff erosion taking the path with it so there are now many inland diversions.
Never the less it is a worthwhile trek and a great way to immerse yourself in the character of the island.
This is my adventure, I hope it inspires you and gives you a feel of the path and the island itself.
