How to Make a LEGO Commander Wolffe Inexpensively!

Here's another custom clone tutorial! Many of you requested I try to do Commander Wolffe, so here's my little tutorial! This is a good way to get a decent-looking Wolffe to add to your clone army without breaking the bank on a premium custom! Hope this helps you out a little! :)
