I tried to make a video that compares TV Jones Classic to Ray Butts Ful-Fidelity. I used the same amp setting (Blondeshell amp from the www.thenocturnebrain.com) but I realised that I used Thomastik-infeld GB112 (12-53) with the Classics and Thomastik-infeld JS112 (12-50) with the Ray Butts so the Classics sounds like having a little bit more ''bass'' than the Ray Butts. Anyway, go grab something to drink because this video is 10 minutes long hahaha. Hope it helps you figured how they sound and if the Ray Butts are the real deal versus the Classic. BTW there's no effect in the video. Gretsch straight into the amp. Enjoy!!!
