Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the DOJ's request on two separate cases for review by the United State Supreme Court which could significantly alter the Second Amendment landscape. We have long since been advocating for review, especially in light of Bruen, of the laws which forbid non-violent felons and cannabis users from exercising what is suppose to be inalienable rights. So today we talk about two cases, one from the Third Circuit the other from the Fifth Circuit, which involve those exact issues.
