A phenomenal old stock Wavellite specimen from Mauldin Mountain, Montgomery County, Arkansas. Excellent crystallization with a beautiful and unique hue. It is basically a floater specimen with almost zero matrix. Great aesthetics all around. From our personal collection of "best-of Arkansas Minerals".

Specimen size: Approx. 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm

It is mounted in our new boxes we designed and made utilizing a naturally UV reactive Pine knot wood that comes from our land in Arkansas. The back is a transparent photographic print of one of our photos of the Ouachita Forest in Arkansas. These are unique and exclusive to our shop. (the entire photo case can be seen on the website listing).

The wood mount smells absolutely fantastic too.

*The clear plastic case can be removed as needed. The specimens are mounted with ticky tacky only, so they can be removed if needed as well.

The case measure approx. 2.25 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches
